This presentation tries to explain why our group exists.

Many anti-fascists are isolated. Alone or even in small groups, we are most of the time isolated. The situation is catastrophic. The Nazis marched in Berlin without much resistance few weeks ago, they are killing our comrades in Russia, they organize concerts and parades in the heart of Paris every year, anti-Semitism is growing rapidly throughout Europe, the worshipers of the Ustashi appear openly, the Swiss clearly displays their racism … ect. We antifascists, are overwhelmed by the fascist wave, not counting state repression rampant everywhere and especially in the Spanish State. Many people are isolated; our group tries to unite these people beyond their nationality.
This goal also reflects a lack of organization of the anti-fascist action abroad. This is due to a lack of structure. But there is sometimes a kind of navel gazing. When a local Antifascist group exists, it tends not to share his experience with other group. This must change.
We modestly invent a new way to design anti-fascism, internationally oriented and deeply cultural opened.

First, we use the tools offered by new technologies. Mainly Facebook. We know the risks we take. Each must be evaluated. It is obvious that in difficult local conditions, it is not advisable to join our group with his true identity. This is dangerous and we must think about our safety first.

However, we believe that the true bulwark against repression and against the aggression of fascist groups, is the “People fortress”. That’s why we must work to build a front mass. The use of new technologies can achieve this result more rapidly than by means of real life.

Today, there is a cultural battle to carry on the front of anti-fascism. This battle will not happen without the right tools we need to invent methods, to let the mass line come out.

Our experience is not unique. We do not believe that we are THE only group above the existing groups. It is rather a transnational anti-fascist group in the minds of the international brigades in preparation for the Fascist tide happens. We are a column, we hope many others will be born soon.

Divine fucking justice then?

To commemorate the liberation of the survivors of Auschwitz, a day of antifascist films is being held at Bradford 1 in 12 Club on Saturday 23rd January.

Drop in for one film or come and watch them all. There’ll be fab food throughout the day, as well as the Leeds Anarchist Black Cross bookstall.

Entry is free of charge, but donations are welcome, and any money made will go to support antifascist prisoners. Doors open at 12 Noon.

Antifascist call out in response to National Front Day of Action

"King's Lynn National Front will be holding its second "Day of Action" on Saturday 19th December 2009. If you are from the Norfolk area, please make your best effort to support this activity as the NF continues, at log last, to expand throughout Norfolk."



Militant anti-fascists from across East Anglia responded in less than 48 hours to a call out to welcome the National Front back onto the streets after their self declared new found popularity.

"King's Lynn National Front held its first "Day of Action" on Saturday 21st November 2009. Eight activists all recently recruited members came together in King's Lynn centre and distributed over 1000 leaflets in around an hour. Thanks to a Press Release from the National Press Officer, the police were in attendance to stop any possible clash between the NF and the UAF, but despite threats, the UAF rabble never materialised.

Led by Gary and Sean, the NF received a very positive reception from the people of King's Lynn who were happily surprised to see the NF back on the streets of their town again.

This activity reflects a growing of the strength of the NF in Norfolk - moribund for too long - with a new unit forming in Norwich as well. More and intensive activity is planned in the coming months throughout Norfolk."

Today, militant anti-fascists combed the streets of Kings Lynn looking for these 'new recruits' but found no evidence of a growing strength of anything other than National Front bullshit.

We can't be too hard on them however, Nazis never did get along too well in the snow so we aren't too suprised in their lack of attendance.

'Aryan Strike Force website administrators' accused of inciting racial hatred

Two suspected neo-Nazis appeared in court accused of stirring up racial hatred on the internet and encouraging others to commit murder.

Trevor Hannington, 58, and Michael Heaton, 42, were "administrators" of the Aryan Strike Force website and used wall posts to encourage others to murder Jews, it is said.

The pair face a string of terrorism and public order offences dating back to January 2008.

City of Westminster Magistrates' Court heard they "did solicit or encourage others to kill another person or persons via the website".

Hannington and Heaton also wrote threatening, abusive or insulting comments about Jews and black people, it is claimed.

"The comments all show a degree of antithesis towards Jews," said prosecutor Stue Laidlaw.

"Many of the posts on that website are disparaging of people of other races," he added.

"These defendants were responsible for a very large number of these posts."

The pair were arrested on December 9.

In Hannington's home, near Cardiff, police discovered a hard copy of terrorist manual The Anarchists Cookbook, the court heard.

He was also found with The Terrorist Explosives Handbook and a computer version of Kitchen Complete, it was said.

Jobless Hannington faces three charges under terrorism laws for possession of records containing information that could be used in preparing or committing acts of terrorism.

He faces a further charge of disseminating information on his website informing others how to construct a flame thrower out of a water pistol.

Factory worker Heaton from Wigan, Lancashire, allegedly stopped his alliance with the Aryan Strike Force last year.

He faces no terrorism charges but is charged with two counts in relation to solicitation to murder and two counts of using threatening internet posts to stir up racial hatred.

District Judge Daphne Wickham released Heaton on bail while Hannington was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on January 15 next year.

Arthur Kemp, the third highest-ranking member of the British National Party, is accused of years of unspeakable, sadistic abuse of his children, according to an interview with his family published earlier this month in the United States.


Kemp’s wife and children recalled beatings, death threats, denial of medical care and forced neo-Nazi indoctrination from Kemp, who now directs “ideological training” for voting members of the BNP.

Kemp’s family paints a chilling portrait of a cruel, messianic father who forced his racist beliefs upon them, often violently. When his son, Stephen, was eight, Kemp repeatedly punched the boy in the face until he was almost unconscious. By the time Kemp’s wife, Karen, pulled Arthur off the child, the bedroom walls were spattered with blood, she recalled in the interview. The marriage ended shortly after this incident.

Kemp’s family remembers him as a racist tyrant who would beat his children until they couldn’t walk. He made them read racist books, forced them to listen to racist music and would not allow his son or daughter to swim in a public pool if it had been occupied by non-whites.

Today, Arthur Kemp directs member training and sells racist children’s books and music for the BNP. He is in charge of the group’s merchandising arm, Excalibur.

According to Kemp’s book, March of the Titans, mandatory reading for all BNP leaders, race is the sole determinant to the success of any civilization. The depth of Kemp’s racism is reflected in that book and in the years of suffering he inflicted on his children.

When the family was living in the UK a few years ago, Kemp refused to allow an Indian dentist to treat his six-year-old daughter. She suffered excruciating pain with a tooth abscess for several days until Kemp could find a white dentist to treat the child.

Around 2003, Kemp’s son and daughter claim he threatened to murder them if he ever found out they were in a relationship with a non-white.

After years of psychological counseling, Kemp’s son Stephen, has come to terms with the cruelty of his father. Recently, Stephen legally changed his last name to Mills, his mother’s maiden name. If only the 16 year old could erase the memory of Arthur Kemp so easily.

Now safe from the sadistic abuse of their father, who has been out of their lives since 2006, Arthur Kemp’s teenage children and his former wife have finally come forward. They gave a shocking and disturbing interview to a US Intelligence magazine this month. An online version of the article is here:

The Price of Hate

When Stephan Mills was 10 or 11, his father sat him and his older sister down after supper one night and told them that if they ever became emotionally involved with someone of color, he would kill them.

"I just nodded in agreement," said Stephan, now 16.

The incident seemed normal to a boy who for years had been steeped in his father's bigotry. Arthur Kemp, a South African white supremacist who has ties to British and American hate groups, indoctrinated his children with racist and anti-Semitic beliefs from the time they were very young. Stephan mostly adopted those views as his own. Several years ago, however, he rejected all that his father stood for. The experience would radically change his life and lead to his ongoing estrangement from his father, who's now divorced from his mother and believed to be living in England.

"Stephan's resentment toward his father is based partly on the fact that, in his sister's words, he had to relearn to be a civilized human," said his mother, Karen Mills. (Karen and Stephan Mills live near Johannesburg, South Africa, and the Intelligence Report interviewed them by phone and E-mail).
There was a lot to relearn. Arthur Kemp "was a very involved and doting father" when his children were small, Karen Mills said. He read to them often, carefully choosing books he felt would reinforce his ideology. Among them were the original "Noddy" series, English children's books that featured Golliwogs, dark-skinned caricatures that were later removed from the text because they were deemed racist. In one of Kemp's favorite Noddy books, the Golliwogs steal Noddy's car. Kemp enjoyed telling his children that the Golliwogs' theft of the car amounted to typical behavior for blacks.

But it wasn't only in books that Kemp found justification for his racism; post-apartheid South Africa offered plenty for him to complain about. "He tried to imprint on the children how bad Africa and everything here was," Karen Mills wrote. After striking workers toppled trashcans, for instance, "Arthur took the children into the main streets of the town and made them walk among the rubbish."

He also forbade socializing with non-white children. If they arrived at a friend's party to find that a black child had also been invited, Kemp made his children go home. When Stephan was six, his father reluctantly took him and his sister to swimming lessons at a public pool where one of the children turned out to be black. "He told us to get out and that we were leaving," said Stephan, who now uses his mother's maiden name. "I was still pretty young so I didn't really understand what was going on."

Kemp's attitude didn't change even when his children's health was at stake. When the family was living in Britain, he plucked his 6-year-old daughter, Joanne, from the dentist's chair rather than allow her to be treated by an Indian dentist, Karen Mills said. As a result, she suffered for three days with a tooth abscess.

When his children grew older, he allowed them to listen only to "white resistance" bands. Rap, especially, was prohibited. Although baseball caps, sneakers, baggy pants and big T-shirts were in fashion, he considered these items "ghetto nigger" clothing and wouldn't let his children wear them.
He also relished showing them articles and statistics that purported to prove that blacks were inferior. He contended that blacks could never be race car drivers because they have poor depth perception, that they cannot swim because their bones are too dense, that they are not as intelligent because their brains are smaller.

"The children were actively encouraged to be vocal about their views and to challenge their peers," Karen Mills wrote. "In Stephan's case in particular, this resulted in him being ostracized and made an outcast as he followed his father's lead."

Stephan said he had few friends until his first year of high school. At times, he suffered from depression because his father's brainwashing had so alienated him from his peers, his mother said.

"I wasn't really someone that people wanted to hang around with," Stephan said. "They regarded me as weird because I was constantly talking about Hitler."

Karen Mills said she initially went along with her husband's views to please him, but the marriage grew troubled as he devoted himself increasingly to far-right politics. She refused to read his opus on white superiority, March of the Titans: A History of the White Race, and criticized him in front of their children.

With his marriage collapsing, Arthur Kemp became violent, especially toward Stephan, Karen Mills said. Once, when Stephan was about eight, he hit his son's face until his nose bled and blood spattered on the bedroom wall, she said. He stopped only when the maid's screams brought Karen rushing into the room and she pulled Kemp off Stephan. Later, Kemp allegedly beat Stephan while his mother was at work. The backs of Stephan's legs were so swollen that he could not bend them to get into his bath. "If you ever hit my child again," she told Kemp, "I'll kill you."

Still, she did not report the incidents to the police. "You try to block it out because maybe it's more than you can deal with," said Mills, a lawyer who now works for the South African government. "You hope that it'll resolve itself and turn a blind eye."

Kemp dismissed the allegations from his former wife in an E-mail to the Intelligence Report. "It is all a pack of lies from a mentally ill person," he wrote. "I am disappointed that you would stoop to exploiting a person with severe psychological problems in this way." Karen Mills responded that Kemp has always claimed she's mentally ill simply because she disagrees with him.
Mills still feels guilty for allowing her children to suffer what she now sees as both physical and emotional abuse. "Why couldn't I do something?" she asked. "I just never stood up to him."

Kemp's persistence in forcing his beliefs on his children — along with his disengagement from their lives as he immersed himself in white nationalism — led them to question their father and the values he espoused, Karen Mills said. In a September 2008 post on the anti-racist site Lancaster Unity, Stephan called his father a "racist ass" and said he should be deported to South Africa. He wrote: "I remember almost every night when we would ask for a bedtime story (when most NORMAL fathers would read their children a normal book) he would instead tell us stories about how the white race was all supreme and then read us chapters from his horrible book "March of the White Titans" [sic]. Well dad if you ever read this or even hear about it I just wanted to let you know that I HATE YOU!! You have no idea what i went through at school because of you, you twisted my mind and made my entire childhood a horrible misery."

As his wife and children lost respect for him, Kemp withdrew further from the family. Karen Mills believes that's because they no longer fit his image of the model right-wing family that would help him achieve his political goals. "His political beliefs are the absolute be-all and end-all of his life," she said. "I think the reason why he's cut the children off is they don't conform to his political beliefs and aspirations."

Instead, "he began to seek out people who admired him and particularly his book," she recalled. "The admiration, and in particular the view of him as this great right-wing academic, became his main driving force."

He left the family in November 2006. "Picture this situation," Stephan wrote in November 2008 on Lancaster Unity. "I am fast asleep on thursday morning and when i wake i find that he is gone and then i receive a phone call from him telling me he is on a flight to London… THIS ASSHOLE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE MANNERS TO SAY GOODBYE TO MY FACE!! I have not seen my father in now [a]bout two and [a] bit years."

Karen Mills said Kemp has had almost no contact with his children since the divorce. "I don't think there's any way that Arthur could fix the broken relationship with Stephan," she said. Nonetheless, "Stephan has gone through something of a catharsis." In addition to his posts on Lancaster Unity, he chose to discuss his father when he was assigned to give a school speech on someone who had influenced him — only he said his father's influence had been entirely negative. Now, his social life is improving, and he has resolved to be as unlike his father as possible. "I am stuck with some of his traits and characteristics — Mom used to joke with me that I have the Kemp laziness gene — but definitely not his political views," he said.
Yet there's no bringing back the years he lost to his father's hate. "You," he wrote to him in the September 2008 Lancaster Unity post, "will never understand what you have done to me."

Nazi drunk Eddy Morrison has engineered a split in the NF whilst simultaneously falling out with
the BNP. Read all about it!


Introduction Despite the threat of the BNP making headway in the forthcoming general election, there appears to be
ructions afoot in the weird world of nationalism. Lovable rogue Eddy Morrison is a long term fascist and alcoholic (a condition
which he refers to as a ‘disability’ but is more like an ‘inability’) and held in suspicion by many on the far right. His
relationships with various ‘players’ on the scene have been turbulent to say the least, joining any or all of the grupuscules that
emerge from round the s-bend of far right politics and which often dissolve at best in acrimony and tears (Nationalist
Alliance), at worst, in internecine murder (Combat 18, Wolf's Hook White Brotherhood). He is currently involved in the splitting
the NF in two.

The NF The NF have recently been trying to reinvigorate the glory days of the 1970s when convicted Nazi John Tyndall
and Martin Webster (close, err… ‘associate’ of Nick Griffin) were creating a viable alternative to state politics until usurped by
Thatcher’s canny misappropriation of their xenophobic rhetoric. Simultaneously, the dissatisfaction of many BNP supporters
is increasing: with Griffin’s abysmal TV appearance widely ridiculed; his disappearance to the EU with his clique and then
reappearance to challenge for the Barking seat; his bowing to pressure to include non-white members in the party; and not
least, the unaccountability of the party’s funds. Defections are rife. The NF is hoping to absorb these dissatisfied punters and
bring them into a more extremist fascist party.

Until recently, the NF were presided over by ageing racist and technophobe Tom Holmes who has been involved in
fascism for over 40 years and put a lot of time and money into what is proving to be a mainly fruitless venture. Morrison only
joined the National Front recently and is still a probationary member but this has not stopped him from participating in, if not
initiating, a coup. His appalling history of splinter groups and factionalism bodes ill for the Fronters as he has always
managed to leave chaos in his wake.

Given that much activity in far right circles is done through the internet Holmes’ technophobic tendencies have done him
few favours. He does have a mobile though. His side of the story has been propagated by sympathisers who actually know
what a modem is. Morrison may be a dipsomaniac oaf but at least he is vaguely computer literate. With the emerging split
any possible members are going to be faced with confusion and diverted into either Morrison’s faction or that of the loyalists.
Other dissatisfied (and not so dissatisfied) BNP members have also been diverted into the EDL. Despite Griffin’s claim that
they are a ‘proscribed organisation’ links and dual membership have been exposed.

History Repeats … Eddy’s Past. Morrison has a long history of splits, factionalising and general malfeasance with even
John Tyndall warning about him. He has a few trusty followers but many on the far right are cautious of him, if only because
of his chronic alcoholism. In April 1983, Tyndall wrote a piece entitled The Wanderings and Posturings of the Pathetic Eddy
Morrison in Spearhead. In it he cited many of Morrison’s moves and called him “a specimen who has constantly ratted on
everyone who has posed trust in him, and always in an atmosphere of shady plotting and intrigue.” Don’t just take ‘JT’s’
word for it: the good folks over at VNN helpfully supplied us with Eddy’s at times hilarious resume. 1982 - National Action
Party but expelled “after a drunken Morrison falls into a swastika emblazoned cake.” Then hangs out with Tim Hepple,
Searchlight spy. Oops! 1987 - National Workers Party. 1988 to mid 1990s: BNP. 1999 - National Front again. 2000 –leaves
NF again. 2001 - Movement for National Unity. 2002 - Aryan Unity online. 2002 -White Nationalist Party 2003 - 'retirement
from politics'. 2003 - Spearhead Group 2004 - Nationalist Alliance 2005 - British People's Party. 2006 – BPP leader then
drunk most of the time. 2008 – Resigns from BPP. 2009 – NF again.

Engineering The Split In September a Bradford meeting not attended by Holmes or his crony Bernard Franklin acted
somewhat ‘unconstitutionally.’ The members at the meeting, eager for (small) change and perhaps realising the possibility of
attracting disaffected BNP supporters and their subsidies, voted in a new directorate which ousted Franklin as deputy
chairman and voted in Ian Edwards, who is more sympathetic to Morrison’s faction. The rebels allowed Holmes to keep his
position as leader but perhaps this is because he is the main signature on the bank accounts and holds the membership list.
Maybe not. Holmes reacted to these moves with what appears to be a typewritten and photocopied letter to the membership
contesting the legitimacy of the vote. A split between Holmes loyalists and Morrison’s cronies appeared.
Leeds Argy Bargy However, there is more to this saga. Morrison, like many of his ilk, has a tendency to spout off on the
various far right forums and gets more and more vitriolic as the booze takes hold. Tommy Williams, who is BNP, claimed he
had the NF’s membership list, something which Morrison denied. As the row over the list intensified, Morrison got more
mouthy and Tommy took offence. Morrison and Williams exchanged more words so Tommy went round to Morrison’s flat to
prove it. Williams arrived with Dave Howard who filmed Williams banging on the door in an attempt to confront him. Morrison,
wisely, chose not to venture too far outdoors and waited until Williams and Howard got bored and left having made their
‘point.’ From here on accounts vary. Morrison is alleged to have contacted the police, something which irked various forum
members who said he had ‘grassed.’

Morrison has been accused of being a grass in the past, of passing information on to the left and working for Special
Branch/MI5. However, this is an accusation levelled by many fascists against rivals, so the truth of this, short of a full
confession, is hard to ascertain. Morrison allegedly said that Williams was tooled up, something which he denies. Williams
said he was only armed with the membership list which he intended to return to prove that he had had it all along. Williams
and Howard documented the whole incident with a video camera and so the transcripts should reveal who is telling the truth.
Whilst Tommy was visiting Eddy, and this really irked Tommy, someone popped round to Chez Williams and put an NF
sticker on his door. And you know how hard they are to get off!

Williams and Howard were quick to put their story up on VNNuk which was supported by Bev Kerry, VNN moderator: VNN
members, being pro-BNP, were obviously on the side of Williams and Howard who post as Sir Rolf Of Harris and The Truth
At Last and run the Covert Undercover Nuisance Tactics website. The fallout was inevitable: the anti-Griffinites on the
Northwest Nationalists condemned the incident as faction fighting whilst eagerly publishing Tyndall’s attack on Morrison’s
credibility. Other sites sided with Morrison and his NF faction.

Web Fascists The role of these assorted fascist forums is interesting and revealing and makes these fallouts easier to
monitor. Many of the posters, some seemingly intoxicated, are often clumsy and details leak out over identities in their haste
to either slag people off or put their opinions forward. When they are not outing each other on rival websites that is. Revealing
adversaries names and addresses is a common tactic like calling people ‘grass’, ‘nonce’ or ‘red.’ On their Covert site,
Williams and Howard have been slagging various NF members off in somewhat excessive terms lately. This is something
that they specialise in and they use the site as an attack on anti-Griffin/BNP strains in far-right politics. They are particularly
unpleasant about key members of the Northwest Nationalists who in turn have set up various websites in retaliation
(Williamson Watch on fellow alcoholic and splitter Sid Williamson, Griffin Watch on the ‘glorious leader’) and spend much of
their time firing equal amounts of bile and frustration at each other. Which can be very entertaining.

Is It The Readies, Eddy? Currently the NF website features Eddy’s statement on the NF website and discusses how the
“thorough and much overdue reorganisation of the National Front got under way earlier this year, the NF Leadership team
have overcome all obstacles thrown in their way and made some great steps forward.” That is by usurping Franklin and
attempting to marginalise Holmes. Morrison then goes on to list his plans for the new NF, including the new magazine which
will “be like the late and much missed Spearhead.” This is presumably the Spearhead that slagged Eddy off in on uncertain
terms. There then follows the usual crackpot ambitions and offers of NF yuletide cards at a tenner a pop, all wishing you a
White Supremacist Christmas no doubt. Eddy is not an adherent to the concept of employment so there is clearly the
attraction of membership fees and merchandise at stake. However, Holmes is on to this and, via a web intermediary, sent out
this plea: “Can anyone thinking of donating to the NF or sending cheque's or ordering from the NF please ignore ALL PO
Box's or postal address's apart from NF Chairman Tom Holmes.” This has precedent: when Eddy quit the BPP the tiny party
were quick to transfer their cash to a new account, presumably before Eddy could drink it.


Conclusion What is of interest here is how anyone given Morrison’s history would actually follow or support him in the NF?
He has been a member of dozens of factions and parties, been accused of grassing, has a history of disruption and a serious
drink problem: his apparent untrustworthiness is exceptional even for the most extreme fascist loser. The situation is down to
both ego and the numbers game as well as a social desperation. To be the ‘Führer’ of a party, however tiny, gives people a
sense of purpose in an otherwise bleak and marginalised existence. These obscure fascist groups are stuck for numbers and
rather than opting for quality they go for quantity, taking on anyone who shows a vague interest despite their questionable
history. With inevitable results. As they hold views that the vast majority of people think are either repulsive or demented, they
can only congregate with likeminded people and remain socially ostracised. The membership of an obscure fascist clique
helps remedy this isolation. And characters like Morrison will continue to thrive there. We can maybe take solace in this fact,
that alcohol and egomania have done more to damage fascism than anything else.

A national campaign to hit the BNP financially has it seems had some success after only a few months as the BNP have had to pull their Freepost address.

In Answer to the international call out by RASH and Antifa Russia, London-based Antifascist, RASH's and SHARP Skins, gathered at the memorial of the International Brigade on the SouthBank of the River Thames, on this evening the 4th of December, to honour the memory of Ivan Khurtorskoy, who was assinated by fascists on Monday 16th November 2009 in Moscow.

Dedicated comrades turned up in recognition of both the fallen comrade(s) but also the need for International solidarity. A special poster was made up for the event.

The battle against fascism is ongoing and it is the duty of us all to act and not passively sit by and think that someone else is going to do the business for you.

Two men have started appeals against the UK's first convictions for inciting racial hatred via a foreign website.
Simon Sheppard, 51, was sentenced to four years and 10 months, and Stephen Whittle, 42, to two years and four months at Leeds Crown Court in July.

Sheppard, from Selby, North Yorks, and Whittle, of Preston, Lancs, controlled US websites featuring racist material.
Sheppard's counsel Adrian Davies told the Appeal Court on Thursday the sites were "entirely lawful" in the US.
He said that there was no evidence that anyone in England and Wales - except for the police officer in the case - had ever seen any of them.

Referring to the jailed UK extremist Muslim cleric Mr Davies said: "Despite this, Mr Sheppard has been sentenced to a longer term of imprisonment than Abu Hamza," he told the court.
"These are matters which, in my submission, ought to attract the closest and most careful scrutiny of the court of the supposed legal basis of these convictions."

'Grotesque images'

During their first trial in 2008, Sheppard and Whittle had skipped bail and fled to California, where they sought asylum claiming they were being persecuted for their right-wing views.
However, they were subsequently but were deported back to the UK.
The investigation began when a complaint about a leaflet called "Tales of the Holohoax" was reported to the police in 2004 after it was pushed through the door of a Blackpool synagogue.
It was traced back to a post office box in Hull registered to Sheppard.
Police later found published material including grotesque images of murdered Jews alongside cartoons and articles ridiculing ethnic groups.

The pair were charged under the Public Order Act with publishing racially inflammatory material, distributing racially inflammatory material and possessing racially inflammatory material with a view to distribution.

'Abusive and insulting'

Sheppard, of Brook Street, Selby, was found guilty of 16 offences and Whittle, of Avenham Lane, Preston, was found guilty of five.
Sentencing, Judge Rodney Grant said that he had rarely seen material which was so abusive and insulting.
At the Court of Appeal on Thursday, Mr Davies said that the Act did not contemplate a situation where publication was in an electronic form but only in "hard copy" form.

And publication did not result merely when a website was set up but only when someone actually looked at it.
